Pricing questions
What does "for life" mean?
You pay for the licence once and use FurnitureShop Pro for as long as your business trades. We never ask you to buy it again.
Then what is the £295 a year for?
From the second year it covers the hosting, daily backups, every update we release and technical support. It is optional, but without it the system is not hosted, so in practice every shop keeps it.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Loading your products and customers and training your team for the first month are part of the price.
Can I try it first?
Yes. After your demo we open a 14-day trial with your own products in it, so you are judging the real thing.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Split the licence over three months at no extra cost.
What if we stop trading or want to leave?
Export everything with one click and go. No notice period, no exit fee, and we delete your data when you ask us to.
Will the price go up later?
The licence price you pay is the only one you pay. The care plan is fixed for three years from the day you start, and we give a year's notice of any change after that.
